Steuern und Wettbewerb

Idealo hat zwei US-Wettbewerber, deren Steuern öffentlich sind, Ebay (Wettbewerber mit seinem Angebot Shopping.com) und Google (Wettbewerber mit Google Shopping). Laut Venture Beat zahlt Google 3,5% Steuern, Ebay zahlt laut eigenen Angaben 14%. Allerdings zahlt Ebay für sein Europa-Geschäft vermutlich auch nur ca. 10% in der Schweiz, denn der Kanton Bern hat Ebay wohl ein Angebot gemacht, das man nicht ablehnen konnte. Nur wenn das Geld in die USA geholt wird, dann fallen noch mal Steuern an. Wie man die weg optimiert zeigt Apple gerade ganz schön in dem vorgenannten VentureBeat-Artikel.

Ein ganz normal in Deutschland Steuern zahlendes Unternehmen hingegen kommt auf ca. 29% Steuern.
